Pagani Huayra scheduled for 2013!!!

Pagani Huayra (pronounced: wai-rah)- The newest edition to the high end carbotanium line from the Italian manufacturer.
With a twin turbo Mercedes AMG 12 cylinder, combined with a curb weight around 3,000 lbs, and 700hp/740ftlbs....capable of 0-60 in 3.5 seconds and a whopping 230 MPH top speed.

The coolest thing about the Huayra, besides its speed, striking exterior, gorgeous interior...(the list goes on)...has got to be the active aerodynamics.  This is what really sets it apart from other super and hyper cars.
The US DOT had denied an exemption (double standard, see tesla and lamborghini) to allow the Huayra in this country.  Pagani will have to develop a new airbag system to satisfy DOT standards, and with only 15 Huayras scheduled to come to our shores, this would cost Pagani at least an estimated 4 million US dollars.  But they are up to the challenge and are scheduled to install airbags for the 2013 model year.
